Awesome tyres, had PS4s and PSSs on my FR before it went, they were fantastic tyres and worth every penny.
PS4 also just won auto express group test too.
Avoid supermarket fuel for a while and try using V Power for maybe a month or so. This will give you a chance to notice any differences in fuel quality over a defined period of time. Measure your MPG at the pump (not just on the trip) as low mpg can be a sign of poor running.
If still no...
I guess it takes time to bed in, maybe just shows how worn the old one was? I wish my biting point was lower, it's at the top and thus always felt awkward.
Please ignore the suspect handbrake cover haha
The two tone is much less pronounced in reality, the photographs just really emphasise the perforated bit.

Drove to work in it for the last time.... It goes in part ex tomorrow.
Still, at least I will finally get my 335i! I will miss the Leon loads though, despite being an expensive car to keep on the road, I did really enjoy owning it.
Sorry, but genuine really is the best! I got mine for £130 ish a few years ago. all other ones either look naff or just won't be the same.
Worth it and best mod I did!
Seat dealer selling one for £149

I have been offered £3500 part exchange in mine:
2006 '56 Seat Leon FR TFSI with 78k miles and full service history.
I guess private sale is anywhere between £4k and £5250. Depends how quickly you want it gone and where you try and sell it.
It's a manual gearbox and it has had a remap done by previous owner, so I have limited information. The company (I won't mention it here as it's on my profile and they are not highly regarded) quote a figure of 240hp and 260lbft with is in line with the torque app estimations that I have done...
Yeah I'm leaning towards part ex for simplicity. 335i is on 47k and on a 59 plate for £13990. It is an M Sport with Nav and leather, but is still strong money. Having looked around there are hardly any about with a manual gearbox especially the Face-lift models so can understand them not budging...
Not today, but went to rest drive a '59 BMW 335i M-Sport yesterday. Loved it and think I might be replacing the Leon soon....
What do we reckon? 2006' 56 Seat Leon FR TFSI on 79000. Part ex was £3500, private sale £4k ish?
I saw that test too, but I meant a different one specifically on octane boosters. They appear to be snake oil.
Edit this is the one I meant https://youtu.be/O2KNbbdQv3E
Think 5th gear did a test proving them to actually reduce power, so I wouldn't bother. I always stick with V-power 99 if I can, although have used Esso Supreme 97 once and that wasn't bad. Just avoid 95ron fuels as the car is optimised for 98 Ron fuel.
Bit like washing up liquid I suppose...
Android is a great platform, if you really wanted to you could load an IOS skin to make it look like an iDevice, but not sure why you would want that haha.
That WinCe device does look temptingly cheap though!
I had the arms replaced on mine as the bolts seized. Fairly common on this platform I believe. The upshot was that if I didn't have it done, the alignment couldn't be done.
