Sorry to revive old thread but I can't see the pics and am interested in fitting one... Any help on the pictures? Or is it the same as the one on the progress thread linked?
Ah so what would be the issue then? If it's likely to cause issues later down the line, I would like to get it sorted ASAP... I will be getting a new remap soon from someone reputable but obviously would like it to run right first

Right so I fitted my boost gauge at the weekend and I'm happy with it but I seem to be loosing boost higher up the rev range... Through the majority of gears it's peaks at 23 and holds at around 20 psi until I hit around 4-5k rpm then it quite rapidly starts to drop back down to around 14-16psi...
Right I just need a little bit of advice.. After looking through the guide threads in here I'm still a little stuck.. I know my red wire has to go to the positive feed from the light block and black goes to earth but I need to connect my orange (light up wire) so something acc switched live...
Hi all, I recently bought a set of (what I was told to be) electric folding tear drops and the switch unit... Now I just went up to the car to try and fit them and after getting them all hooked up they didn't fold or anything... The actual connector for the new mirror had more pins in it over my...
Ive already got an uprated side mount apparently... But I'm going to go "stage 2" and want some big(ish) power and would rather the fmic... Been looking at kits online today and doesn't look as bad as I thought, so are you routing the pipers the same way as in those pictures?

Yeah my problem is that exactly... I don't really wanna be spending days getting the fmic fitted... Although on further research I have found a lot of people have done them with this sort of set up (excuse the use of others pictures please)
And I was hoping it wouldn't be too difficult

Right I'm looking into FMIC setups for my cupra (180) and I've seen this airtec set up for an LCR (http://www.autospecialists.co.uk/AIRTEC-Seat-Cupra-R-front-mount-Intercooler-conversion-kit-Product-1088.html#) basically what I'm wondering is, is it possibly to fit to my AUQ without loosing fogs...
Right, quick update for you all.... Basically sent the car into the garage for oil pick up change as oil light was flashing up and I was pretty sure that was why... So after a panicked phone call from the garage I ran down to find this now for those who aren't sure that's bits of big end...
Bit of an update... Pillar pod from nomad arrived earlier in the week and these arrived yesterday, now to understand the instructions and fir them :)

Ah I wouldn't want to buy freshly refurbed cupra r's as I'm only going to respray them haha... Like 0.06's but don't think they would suit the car... And 0.05's are well over done IMO

Right looking for some opinions, I'm not sure on my wheels, I'm looking at either cupra R wheels and spacing them out... Or some 3sdm 0.01's both in black for my car?
What's peoples opinions?

Would it be worth pony-ing up the extra for the airtec kit as they state in the website that you can keep fogs... Then just get some extra piping to route it as I only have cupra 180bhp so would need to route over top of block

I would be interested on fitting the welly to my cupra but as said earlier is it that much of a pain in the backside?
