I have a similar question :) - would this sensor be correct for an AJM ? the one i have seems to make more power if i back off the throttle a little ....& i know the MAP was replaced along with the IC by previous owner..
the standard egr housing also contains the aniti-shudder butterfly valve. This closes when you turn off the engine causing less air to be sucked in , resulting in a smooth, non shuddering shutdown...
When i blanked my egr the startup & cold running smoke lessened, i never had a smoke issue...
Im guessing actual boost is way more than requested - plus i have an 17965 code up - (positive boost deviation)

I bought one from forum member daveyonthemove assuming it was complete with downpipe , it wasnt & was stainless so coudnt weld it to mine anyway.. (that'll teach me to ask more questions! ) ...

Lord nows ! i drilled out a fraction the hole the shaft sits in tonight , no sticking now
Filled the hole in the bellhousing as well & replaced the sump - , may get it built up tomorrow , will report back once road tested.. Thanks SS..;)
