I have a similar question :) - would this sensor be correct for an AJM ? the one i have seems to make more power if i back off the throttle a little ....& i know the MAP was replaced along with the IC by previous owner..

I have a VB & want to fit it to my Golf PD100, keeping the SMIC. What would i need ? just the section of pipes nearest the turbo yes ?

I have a 150 golf turbo & IC to go on my 110 Leon, i *think* i just need pipework & a 150 water rad , any part numbers handy anyone ?

the tests covered many lamps but not the mil or the one below. .. ?

is the mil lamp on the top right ? , or one below that ? neither light up at all..:confused: Is there a lamp check procedure in vagcom ?

the standard egr housing also contains the aniti-shudder butterfly valve. This closes when you turn off the engine causing less air to be sucked in , resulting in a smooth, non shuddering shutdown... When i blanked my egr the startup & cold running smoke lessened, i never had a smoke issue...

Jobs to do - real bad click under load on the 1st road test after fitting the decat - sounds like a driveshaft joint - i rebuilt them both ! only just got me home. German plates to fit - waiting for my private plate to be transfered to it 1st Drivers airbag - need a cupra one to match...

Not sure on the S3 alloys yet - they have been resprayed in quite a gay hi mettalic silver , would probably look better in matt black.. [:@] not to the road yet so i will leave it a bit & see...

Well it didnt then one did !! I bought one from forum member daveyonthemove assuming it was complete with downpipe , it wasnt & was stainless so coudnt weld it to mine anyway.. (that'll teach me to ask more questions! ) ... Ordered one from Awesome GTI, got 15% off & their man at Milltek...

Drilled Lord nows ! i drilled out a fraction the hole the shaft sits in tonight , no sticking now Filled the hole in the bellhousing as well & replaced the sump - , may get it built up tomorrow , will report back once road tested.. Thanks SS..;)
