Two of my friends have been pushing around 200bhp out of their pd100 for a couple of years now, pd130 Injectors and a 1749vb will get you there. With 320ish lbft of torque to boot aswell.

Fit a rear anti roll bar, polybush everything you can, get the solid mounts for the front sub frame and some decent tyres.

How long is a piece of string ! Have seen 225bhp through standard clutch with no slip. Your car can easily be mapped to 200+ whether the clutch will take it depends on so many factors it's hard to say.

I'd be running some logs with vagcom, actual boost vs requested. Also, can run output test on group 11 to cycle the n75 and check actuator/vnt is working

The mainshaft bearings are expensive, hard to replace and difficult to shim. The plastic is part of the bearing..

It's nothing to do with the boost gauge not working whilst being teed off the fpr John... The fpr is one of the most critical items that relies on vac. Best practice would imply that you wouldn't put any weaknesses or joints between the fpr and its final connection to the manifold...
