Sometimes on VAG cars they wont reset some features automatically after a dead battery / battery change. If you start the car and turn the wheel full lock to full lock it seems to reset a lot of the systems. No idea why haha!

I’m in the Uk, have a 1.5Esti FR first edition registered last year and I have DCC, wraparound lighting and the Safety & Driving Pack

No nothing happens when I try to click the box, I don’t have the arrow like you do or like on the horn and turn signal box below. I’m guessing mine won’t allow it but it’s worth asking to find out :D

That’s super thank you, yours looks the same as mine just I don’t have the arrow to show there are any options, so maybe it will work if I try and ask them the activate it? That’s what it shows in my app below

Thats handy to know, would this work for a First edition too? I heard something about these don't have the right module installed for it to work, and I don't have any option for the lock and unlock in the app, only what the current status is (or is this what is then enabled?)

UPDATE: I haven't been on in a while, but Seat told me my car was ready to pick up on the 5th May, so I went and got it and by the 8th the same errors were back and causing issues again.... So it has been back in the dealers since then, only update I have had is that they have ordered yet more...

As far as I'm aware its all warranty work, I cant see how they could make me pay for any of it if its something fault with the hybrid system if you get me. But no so far I haven't paid a penny towards any of it :)

UPDATE: The dealer rang me to say they still cant figure out what the problem is, but they think they have traced it down to the 48v system. So they have ordered a new 48v battery as well as other components due to arrive Tuesday. So hopefully this works but ill update you all when I next hear...

I still don't have the car back but they have told me the RAC battery will be in the boot when I collect, not sure what to do with it yet but least ill have a spare i guess! Haha I tried this with resetting the window but still no luck :( Hopefully the garage can sort it out and find a solution🤞

I'm not too sure what the original make was I forgot to take note. But no the RAC took it with them as neither them or me knew it would be an issue, and at the time thought the cause of the brake down was just a dodgy battery, so I didn't expect to have to take it to the dealers when it started...

I was the same when I collected mine (1.5etsi) after having a Mk3 DSG it is very strange but you do get used to it. Still catches me out when the car is in eco and you approach traffic so it turns the engine off and coasts so you loose all engine braking and then the regeneration suddenly stops...

Still here! :thumbup: I am using the IOS version too and it works ok for me, like Tell said its very trial and error to see what does and doest work. I have to have my bonnet open to do any coding on mine or it just fails. Some items I'm trying are a lap timer etc which enable but don't show up...

Mine is the same, I cant unlock the front doors using the touch point. I can open the boot without using the key though. What's strange is if the car is locked and I walk up to it, the front doors wont open when I use the handle to unlock. If I go the boot and open that, then close it and walk...
