  2. B pillar ticking/clicking

    Try greasing the lock mechanism, door and pin on pillar. If it dries out it rattles and the noise gets amplified by the hollow pillar.

  5. headlamp cover clip

    Scrapyard or make one from piano wire (model shop or eBay). The top one appears to be around 1.6mm (16 swg) and the bottom one 2.0mm (14 swg). Tony.

    Sometimes the door lock mechanism dries out and just needs greasing, the noise gets amplified by the B pillar. Use the spray grease, white lithium based. I think there's a post on here somewhere about it but I can't find it at the mo. Tony.
