Just replaced my factory fit Bridgestones on the front.
Went with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2. Completely cured my axle tramp issue, good grip wet and dry, and they're quieter. I went for them because they were on offer in the tyre place, and delighted I did. 4k kms in, still happy.
184 TDI, May 2015.
I have that issue where I let the glow plug go out and then wait a few seconds before I start - I was told there aren't glow plugs as such in the engine, but heat is created using some other method that will die away pretty quickly if the engine isn't started almost as soon...
My external mirrors stopped folding on Monday morning when I hold down the lock button on the keyfob, and I've tracked the problem to the front passenger window. It won't automatically go down when I fully depress either window switch (on the drivers door or the passenger door), nor will it go...
That only refers to the original issue. This is potentially a new issue, that won't be covered by the current check as the current check does not to include the EA288 engine.

Not really that big a deal, but I would like the rear doors to have the same interior LED lighting as the front doors.
What does bug me is the rear power...
I absolutely love the look of my ST - looks better in the flesh than in the pictures, in my opinion. The only non-standard items on the exterior of my car are the mirror caps and 18" alloy wheels, as I added the titanium pack.
And just for reference - the boot in the Leon ST is bigger than...

The SEAT Ireland website states that the TDI 150 and 184 are both EU6 compliant, and all EU6 compliant engines are immune to this problem.
And the diesels are still available on the Irish site for purchase, as new cars are not included in this issue. I'm surprised that any SEAT website have...
