Confirmed 1120 (yes, that one's a different release number) Variant/Bundle 5 loads a treat for me, and includes new roads in my area that only opened in March 2018 too! Haven't been out yet, so can't confirm if the speed limits have been fixed (1030 shows dual carriageways and motorways at 60mph...)
Yup - that'll be it - despite the manual still using the 1960/70's term "sidelights" they're really only suitable as parking lights on modern roads - hence the lack of dashboard lighting and the fact that auto lights (if you have them) go straight from daytime running lights to dipped beam...
Could this be something to do with the route selection - Fastest, Shortest, Greenest, etc.? Just a thought.... I've set mine to only use the fastest (red) route selection which hides away the others and avoids confusion...

The underlying "Here" map data can be updated here https://mapcreator.here.com/ on a "crowdsourced" basis. Whilst SEAT (especially UK) and Here maps/Navigation.com between them seem to have exceptionally long update/release processes for OEM SatNav's, and the lack of Mapcare in the UK is well...
Media System "Plus" is standard, and also "standard" if you get my drift - you need the optional Media System "High" to do what you want with Nav on both screens....... Admittedly, not the most helpful naming standard...... See the price list for options...
