adaptive cruise control

Hi all. I took delivery of my Formentor 1.5 v2 at the weekend, however…. I just can’t get the cruise control or speed limiter to work, even above 20 mph. Whenever I select the option on the steering wheel it pops up ‘Acc deactivated’ it’s doing my head in now. Can anyone help please? Thanks.
