thinking on doing the airbox modification on my lcr dont like the sound of these induction kits knackering the maf, anyhow does anybody who has done this mod think it has made the car sound any different aswell as performance wise. cheers for any help.:)

i have just fitted my induction kit and am now left with a spare black platic tube that used to clip into the original airbox! i havent got a clue what it does and if its important or not. any idea what i should do with it? should i get a small breather to go on the end of it? any help...
