I tracking my 1.8T the end of the month and decided to get some ds2500 and now im think i might as well upgrade my disc front and back. What do people sugest?? Also best place to get them from??

Please can anyone tell me where i can source the bits for a 312mm upgrade for my front brakes??? I belive i use my old cappliers but need the carriers, new discs and pads Thanks Dave

Has anybody changed their discs ? did you have to losen the nut on the hub after the centralising screw --- reason im asking is ive bought genuine vw discs using chasis no the new ones would fit sraight on without hub nut but the ones on the car look like the nut needs to come off first either...

Does anyone know the thickness of the brembo brake pads when new? Just that I have ordered a set through my work they are lucas ones and they just look thinner than I thought they would be I will measure them when at work tomorrow. Cheers

Im finding the brakes on my Ibiza alittle soft in comparison to the Brembo's im used to on the Leon, can anyone suggest a good upgrade (im aware there are a few sets of cupra R Ibiza brembo's floating around but most are above my budget!)

Just bought some new brake pads and theres only 1 sensor on one of the pads, is this correct or should there be a sensor on each side of the car? I'm not doing them while tommorrow so I've not checked yet.

I've got some porker calipers for my FR+ tdi. If I jack the car up, remove the front alloy, rest a caliper on top of the disc and then attempt to refit the alloy, will this give a good idea whether I'd need spacers? I've got the baby 17inch Cupra R alloys. Also can I jack the car up...

Looking to paint my calipers red....they've been painted before but its all faded and looks crap. All I need to know is where is the best place to get the paint? What kind of paint do I need? Also shall I paint them red or blue? Its a silver cupra with gloss black cupra wheels.
