As above how much do they weigh? Has anyone stripped one out? How much power to they run after a remap, and what do they max out at on the standard turbo? Is there a hybrid turbo option?

Hey i've just joined the forum and im thinking of getting one mk3, but my dads been trying to talk me out of it calling them very unreliable.. i was just wondering if there and problems that come up all the time or anything i should look out for? thanks :)

Has anyone had problems with dup valves on cupras with or without a remap? Got a bluefin fitted, and was wondering if it is worth upgrading to the improved oem one to prevent any future problems on mine?

as title really! im looking for a new car to replace my yaris t sport and one of the cars on the list is the mk4 ibiza cupra! ideally id love one in black (rash's old cupra got me loving them) but im finding it hard looking for one, seen a few in grey... but only seen pics of them standard...

Does anyone know the colour or a close colour match to the grey\silver alloys on the Cupra. I nipped a curb today and its taken the alloy down to the primer. So would like to put a dab of paint on there or its gonna annoy me to keep seeing the white mark.

Is there an easy way to fix this? (apart from just being a little more gentle on the throttle!) Only reason I ask is because both of my Seats are the only cars I have driven that do it, so I'm thinking there is a connection (Ibiza Cupra and Leon Cupra R) Has to be relatively easy...
