So a month ago i got a forge split r dv for my lc ( see below for mods ) and last week my engine management light came on so i took it to the good good people at jbs as i was having a service any way and it turns out it was caused by the split r dv . Apparently it was set too loose so not...

Well when i got the cupra the lad said it has a Dump valve from a audi a3 225 anyway ive had a closer look and it looks like a normal bosch dv.. This is the vid of what is sounds like and tbh it sound chatter...So am i right in gettin a forge 007p as soon as possible...

Gonna get a new dump valve for my cupra, its currently got a forge one on it just now but it doesnt make any noise, im after something that makes a bit of noise when it dumps but not overly loud like a cossie or that. Any suggestions?

Ive had a hyperboost DV fitted (recirc) but my cars not running all too well, so i tried putting the standard dv on.. too my amazement the standard DV is dumping, just as loud if not louder than the recirc dump valve sureley this is not right?

Fitted my forge 007 dv today, (was expecting my air filter to be delivered too, but it wasnt!) But there isnt a 'pssst' noise! Im not very mechanical, so have i fitted it right? Or is it because i dont have a filter, and its not getting enough air?

I have heard that you can only fit recirculating vlaves because atmospheric ones can make the car cut out :blink: is this true ? any1 got any info that might help me out
