hi guys i want to upgrade my lights to HID, have sween some on ebay for about £40. i have some experience of wiring complex sound systems, but thats as far as my knowledge goes. i asked my local garage and he has quoted me £60 to fit, but only if i purchase the HID kit of him for £60...

as stated is it as easy to replace glow plugs on my fr as it is to replace spark plugs on a petrol? not done this before myself and one of them is not working, but been qouted 45 quid to replace just one when i can get 4 replacements for cheaper providing they are easy to do

As above, i am fed up having to move the seat forward manually to let people in the back. If i could get the mechanism i am sure i could fit it myself. Any advice is appreciated!

mount a 4 channel amp under the passenger seat? This would mean power cable to the seat, 4 RCA's and speaker cable back up to the headunit? Anybody done this?

As above really? Got my coilovers fitted at weekend and even though i told the mechanic to leave the adjusters off on the rear he put them in and wound them right down :doh: is it a big job to remove them? how would i do this?

I noticed at the weekend whilst doing a service on my LC, that the alternator belt was looking in poor shape. Is it easy to change? I don't have a haynes manual at the minute so not sure what the process is. I'm guessing that the alternator moves and is the tensioner for the belt but not sure.
