facelift

Hi there i have noticed that a few people have changed the LC mirrors to the facelift ones just wondering what i need to do to fit these and what do i need eg mirrors, base plates ect. any help would be appricated . thanks

as above anyone got one of these want to upgrade mine but not sure what these are like. I have read that sometimes they are not a great fit but my body shop man is a legend and can pretty much get anything to fit!! There are also a lot cheaper than seat direct!!!!

Is the new aero kit front bumper for the FR exactly the same as the pre facelift aero kit front bumper? IE the spoiler is different for instance. I badly phrased this question previously so I thought Id ask again phrasing it a bit better! cheers, demonear

guys, i currently have a facelift front bumper on my 03 cupra and have managed to get hold of a cupra bumper. i wanted to know if there was a guide that i could follow so it makes it easier for me to change my bumper. the guides i have found so far are for the older bumper only. thanks

If I remove the engine cover from my prefacelift fr will it fit straight onto my facelift fr when i get it or do i need to take the mountings off the block to?

Had my leon a couple of weeks now and now and again find a few things i didnt know it had. Cornering fogs was one. I've also noticed that when i have the lights on, and put the car into reverse, both front fogs come on??? Does anyone know why on earth this happens?? No idea if it happens...

Dont know if anyone would know, but when in idling in neutral, the engine wont rev above 2.5k. Is this due to a limiter, or a problem? I know you dont need to rev in neutral, but i was revving the engine due to a noise yesterday, and discovered i couldnt go above 2.5k. Thanks, Mark

I've just bought some facelift Cupra seats for my TDi 90. They are not the fully electric ones. I guess fitment wise they are a straight swap. But are the airbag plugs for the front seats the same, just a case of disconnect battery, unplug old seats, plug new ones in?
