Has anyone got any pics of the 'aluminium' finish vent surrounds and gear gaitor surround?

Well heres my new gaitors which im pretty pleased with as im sticking to a black/red theme in the car:D but my problem is...how do u remove the old ones...and how do you put the new ones on? i couldnt find any help in the search area related to leon's so im asking you guys in the hope...

i bought a new gaitor for the gear and handbrake, and was wondering how i go about removing the old gaitor for the gear stick and how to put the new one on ? any helps appreciated guys....couldnt find anything on the search thread:(

Any one removed the leather gaitor on the leon? Ive removed the chrome trim, can feel plastic clips at 6 oclock 4 and 8 oclock press them but the gaitor is not pulling up...

Hi guys, just a quick question, my leather gear gaitor has come undone and is exposing the gearstick (look untidy). Im assuming that the collar under the gear knob has a thread on it so you can undo this and feed the leather inside and clamp it back up? Just looking to see if im right before...

im having trouble fitting a facelift leon gearknob titanium surround gaitor on a prefacelift leon it seems too big to fit anyone know how to sort this ?

I am trying to remove the gear gaitor, in my golf it was as easy as just push foward and prise it up the plastic trim at the bottom. i have tryed to get the one off the leon but it wont budge and i dont want to break it. any tips or anybody done it sucesfully?

Do any of the Ibizas have a leather gaitor around the gearstick? I think the standard one on my Dab looks really cheap. I would prefer to buy a proper one than get an aftermarket one. Also how easy are they to fit? I might also get the chrome surround at the same time. Thanks. Norrie.

Hi everyone I changed my gear knob a while back for a Momo knob (image below). I got the leather at the top to fit well, but the bottom didnt fit properly, it keeps popping out. I lost one of the little rubber "clips" that fit towards the front of the gaitor surround, and with one it won't...
