grooved

Got some new EBC grooved discs today from CRN, just wondering, is there a specific way to mount these, i.e whcih way the groove rotates, my cars grooves currently go \ that way going forward, i thought they where meant to go / that way going forward. Any ideas?

My front and rear disks are shot so Ive bought some ebc grooved disks. Only trouble is I had new pads 6 weeks ago is it ok to use said disks with stock pads? Thanks

The front brake discs on my car are on the way out and will need replacing soon. I used to have Padig grooved liscs on my LC and was pleased with them. If I fitted these and used OE pads, will the pads be cut to shreads? Thanks.
