Hi, Was hoping for some help, anyone have any idea what this part is and what it connects to??

I have MK1 Cupra R Brembo calipers. On one the metal pipe is corroded. I need to get a new one of these pipes or get a custom braided hose that would replace the metal pipe. I was looking at getting custom brake lines made but don't know what fittings I need on each side of the braided hoses.

Hi there, just bought a 55 plate cupra r, remapped up to 270ish brake.. and now and again it blows the pipe off between the long alloy pipe from the turbo and the intercooler, it was blowing it clean underneath the standard jubilee clip, so i go a rather agricultural heavy duty mikalor boost...

does anyone have photos of the hard plastic boost pipe from a pd130 engine and also the dimensions of the openings at each end. thanks

the above hoses, i want to replace and the dv to charge pipe hose is kinked round since fitting fmic are these just vac lines and can the be replaced with vacuum hose only? reason i ask is because silicone will just kink round too much again, and vac hose will bend better in a longer length...

Is there a hose available to renew the oe hose between the charge pipe and the DV,have just checked mine and it feels quite soft,is there any pressure through these that would make it not work to its optimum:confused:

Ive removed the airbox on my FR tdi. Now, there was a small rubber tube that went into the top half of the box. What is this tube, whats it used for and will it be detrimental to anything just having it hanging there, not attached to anything? Cheers

Has anyone tried to replace standard FR PD130 plastic pipe with the Cupra metal PD160 charge pipe?? (6LL145770B (egr to smic)) Is it a direct replacement?? Or can anyone recommend a direct fit aftermarket upgrade please! Cheers amigos

guys, looking at a blueflame rear box replacement as mine has blown, now the price is 170quid for rear box, 300 for cat back, 130 quid is steep for a silenced centre section imo. i know lee69 has done tdi centre section which doesnt have a silencer in and he noticed quicker spool up times...
