speakers

bought some rear 6x4's to replace my crap ones in my mk2, but i cannot seem to get the old ones out. the nuts seem to be very difficult to remove, i only got 1 off each speaker looks as if the thread on the plastic is crap, and i don't want to mess things up too much by pulling them off...

hi guys, the speakers and components dont have any sounds comeing out of them, they are phoenix gold speakers etc with fosgate wiring. How do i test to see if its not broken speakers? If it isnt these, what could it be, i dont know a thing about ice. James.

Hi I have a 98 ibiza cupra which I got with infinity door speakers in it but I find the tweeters in the dash are way too harsh and I can barely hear to speakers with the tweeters doing there thing right in my face [:@] As a tempory solution, im just sending most of the sound to the back...

Im fitting some new front speakers to my Biza and i have bought the adaptors which allow you to fit 16.5cm speakers in the front. Now I notice most speakers are quoted as 16.5/17cm speakers, if they are 17cm will it make any difference or will they still fit ok? Cheers
