upgrade

I'm looking about an engine upgrade for my ibiza, maybe a new engine/transaxle setup that is like plug&play if this is possible. I searched on the board and found most common choices are 1.8 turbo (about 180hp I think) and 2.0 (150hp I think) anyway they're both impossible to find here in Italy...

Just thinking about the engine/box mounts, gearbox oil etc.?
