Hi guys/gals,
My turbo has started screeching when setting off from stand still at 50%throttle or more. It's not smoking or using oil.

My engine is the BLT engine code. What turbo will be fitted? Is it on a sticker somewhere in boot or will I have to go underneath and look?

Also if it's Borg Warner or garret will either fit vice versa? As in straight swop no mods? Or a pd160 turbocharger?

Noticed today it only screeches hard acceleration first and second gear but there's oil coming out egr and boost pipes now?

Mines an 07 BLT and it had a KKK turbo fitted, or very rarely you get the Garrett gt1749va turbo fitted. A PD160 or PD150 turbo, Garrett gt1749vb, is a straight swap but will need remapping after otherwise it'll be slightly sluggish and laggy
