VW seem to go with a standard 5 year interval, so I'm thinking SEAT will be the same. I'm assuming it should be inspected during services prior to that as well.

Cambelt interval for any SEAT is 5 years or by mileage. The mileage differs depending on engine.

5 years or 150k does seem to be the norm, but given what's involved I believe it's normally a case of replace anyway isn't it? Water pump too.
