Sorry my first post here is a request for help! I've got an Ibiza FR 1.9 TDi which is running really lumpy on idle. It's a bit of an odd one, but I'll try to explain as best as I can...
So, when idling, in neutral or with the clutch in, the car shakes like when you're sat on an old bus! There's no rev hunting, it sits happily around 800rpm and pulls away and drives perfectly. If you turn the blowers on, it seems to run more smoothly?
Any ideas what this could be? I was thinking it was probably the DMF, but I've been reading on here that a clogged EGR or faulty ASV could cause this? The car is only pretty low mileage, 40 to 50k, but it's only really done short runs in the time I've had it. Any ideas what it could be?
