2.0 Tfsi HPFP Upgrade, Looking at options

Good afternoon all,
I'm looking into upgrading the fueling on my MK.2 Leon Cupra by way of an upgrade to the HPFP prior to mapping at R-Tech

Options seem to be, upgrade the whole pump (£500 - 700) or just the internals (£260 for VIS or £350 for Autotech)

Who has done this mod and whats your experience / opinions on any of the available options please?

I went for the loba pump. I considered internals. And many have gone for it without issue. But I figured that its not like a garage will disassemble it in a proper clean room. So there's chance of dirt getting in. But also my fuel pump had 40k miles and was 6+ years old. So there is that wear to consider. But now it's brand new.
