If it is such a late release that works out ok for me I think as I should just be settling my car at that time. Wont get get a huge deposit out of her though as the car will be about 7 years old :-(

Anyone seen the latest issue of Auto express? They've done their usual photoshop of what they expect the car to look like. *spew*

Look's ok not too keen on the rear light's there want's to be a Cupra with at least 265bhp and a proper diff like the Megane rs250:D

Prefer the rear to the front on the basis of the above pics for sure.

Definitely needs a diff as standard on Cupra version if it's to compete with the other hot hatches out there. Renaultsport Megane's are just too quick with these fitted.

Very true the Megane rs250 is a very quick car surely must know that the next Cupra will need a diff? Hope they make the next Cupra very racy stick with 18inch alloy's maybe twin exhaust 1 in each corner no bonnet vent's nice spoiler on the back like the Cupra R and put proper recaro seat's in it!!!

Odd that the mirrors are in the traditional location rather than on the door like most SEATs with the exception of the Mii and Alhambra which are just rebadged VWs.
This leads me to think that this is really just a rebadged Skoda Mission L :(

I'm all for platform sharing, but SEAT haven't release a decent individual model since the mk5 Ibiza was launched.

They should just put the IBL into production.

Are we thinking Leon/Toledo along the lines of Escort/Orion? It's a cheap way to cover two sectors of the market.

That's the new toledo

Yup, I know.

But I bet that the Mk3 Leon looks like a shorter version of that

i'm sorry, but if the Leon Mk3 is just that as a hatchback then it's pretty poor and its a regressive step.

the Mk2 Leon is far ahead of that in terms of styling and individuality, compared to other manufacturers cars, that why i chose the Mk2 Leon over a New Focus, as i didn't like how the new focus just looked like a 'bigger' Fiesta.

the front of that just looks like a bloated 'new' Ibiza

there is certainly no 'Auto Emocion' there at all.

go with the IBL and do a 3 door Leon 'coupe' option to rival the Scirocco as well as a 5 door, give us something that stands out and is a bit different.

Ford have made a massive, massive blunder by making the new focus 5 door only & estate. there is no possibility of 'say' a new 3 door Focus RS, therefore there is a gap in the UK market for a decent 3 door hot hatch to rival to the Megane/Golf/Audi A3 and SEAT should fill this gap my making the Cupra version of the Mk3, the 3 door option!!

Pretty certain that the Leon will be an SC, 5 door and ST. Mimicking the Ibiza range.

Spy shots of the Leon already show the profile for the five door model
