2012 Spec - Front Grill

Hi,

Am considering buying an Exeo ST Sport Tech and noticed in a few of the photo's when they launched the 2012 spec that some of the cars had a honeycomb front grill as opposed to the up and down slatted one. However the brochure has no mention of a honeycomb grill on any models. I know I can add one myself after but wondered if you can now spec it as standard?

I think some of the launch photo's are with the "full body kit"you can purchase the items you refer to through your seat dealer [ do a search on front grills and you will find all the info you require]

The new honeycomb grille will be available from november 2011 on all new Exeo's.

If you want to replace the current grille with the new one here's what you need:

1x grille (honeycomb) : 3R0 853 651 A 9B9
2x plastic spreader rivet : N 905 369 01

Part numbers are from SEAT.

No, I don't know the price but I guess it will be appr. GBP 80,--.
Think the current sport grille has the same price

Your local dealer has to update his ETKA program.
I have this part number from the VAG ETKA program.

The current grille has the same part number without the 'A'.

Will make a screenshot and post it here later this evening.

I attempted to order one but the parts guy said the part number was a dud. I guess he needs to update his system.

Now this looks cool.

They've done something with the lower middle of the bumper and it looks a bit like a Leon Cupra.

Love those lights, I'm thinking of going for another Exeo next time in white.

That's the Sport Bumper. It's available from SEAT.

That would look even better if there was an LCR splitter running along the bottom

and no I'm not taking the p1ss! I honestly thing it would finish it off nicely.
