"no mods" warning because this will be pretty boring compared to a lot of threads but thought some of you might like to see a car you can't get in the UK.

As you can see from the outside, it's a fairly standard FR look in Mystery Blue.

Only badge on the back is the FR one. Some publicity shots feature an ECO badge but they seem to have ditched the idea when they launched it publicly.

Open the fuel filler flap and you'll see two filler caps. The one on the left is for compressed gas (this is CNG not LPG).

Open the bonnet and there's not a lot different, just the gas pump thingy on the left and those bulky pipes going to and from it. The 1L engine has been modified to be stronger and the turbo is lighter than the standard car.

Inside, it's fairly standard apart from the instrument clusters (close-ups follow).

Looking at the cockpit, you can see two fuel gauges in the dials. Left is CNG which it runs on by default. The yellow triangle has come on because I'm almost empty. That feature's a bit annoying actually as the car runs on petrol without any issues, but the yellow triangle stays on until I get more gas.

The instrument panel has been adapted to include extra info too, so here you've got the consumption / range of both tanks. SEAT suggest 1,300km is possible on both tanks but I'm nowhere near that yet. Hoping economy improves as it beds in.

And in some cases, they've even modified graphics (which is nice). The yellow tanks are the CNG ones in the boot.

The EcoPlus trim includes a lot of packs so I'm not really sure what are optional extras and what's standard on the FR, but pretty much the only things left to chose from the MY18 options list were colours, alloys, an alarm, the wireless phone charger and an armrest (should have got that - just ordered one from Listers here!).

Thanks for having a look. If you've any questions I'll have a go at answering them but I'm not an expert!

Just thought I'd add a photo of one type of 'gas' station we have here. Straight from the truck this morning.

1.0L sounds so tiny, how brisk is the car? looks beautiful btw, really jealous!

Thanks, it's got the looks, but definitely a fake hot hatch - the FR exhaust trims are even empty dummies!
With the 3cylinder 1l engine there's a distinct lack of power low down, some people even have trouble getting them out of underground car parks (just need to get the revs up) and overtaking at speed is also a slow affair, but it's definitely 'enough' for normal use and I used it on a work trip to transport four adults (driver +3) on a 600km round trip without complaint.

Back in the UK for a few months now, forgot to say we'd found some rare CNG stations! Not really open to the public but accessible with an account. Biomethane too, so arguably doing more for the environment than an electric hybrid.

Just need one much closer to where we live...
