2L TFSI Sport (185) Engine Oil

Need to get a oil change as oil is low & black but been reading people have been putting in Castrol Edge 5-30W but on the service invoice i have which came with the car it says they have put in 10-40W, so which one is the correct one to use? confused.com

Castrol Edge 5-30W
Mobi 1 5-30W

5-30W for VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat - then you should be fine

I use Mobi 1 if not anything that matches 5-30W spec for Vag Cars.

i use quantum platinum 5w40
or longlife 111 if on longlife servicing
both come from trade parts

Failing that...go on Opie Oil - You can search for your car there and they give you auto response for what you need...But yea 5-30W is only what I use now...

Thanks for that guys i put Mobil 1 into my vxr and found that great so think ill go for Mobil 1 with the Leon. ill be going to euro car parts tomorrow and get a Bosch Oil Filter so i can get it done this week.
