now a hooligan has been in front of our car and taken the led light bar , so I wonder if you can remove the grille without mounting down the entire front..

I may be wrong but i believe to remove any of the grille parts (including fog light bits) you do have to remove the whole bumper.
I've read on many thread/youtube videos that there are clips holding them in which is impossible to get to without doing so.

From my poor memory and what ive seen online, there's something like 26 total screws holding the bumper on so it shouldn't be much of a task.
