AC/Cold settings blowing out hot air

Hi guys,

My AC and Cold settings on the heater is blowing out hot air when engine is on. AC doesn't seem to working. Previous to this i had my 'Gear selector' replaced from the garage that i bought my Leon as i kept getting warning on dash, after replacing the warning went away . After they replaced it these issues arised but i dont want to deal with them. As they're pain to deal with. I am thinking that maybe they accidently took out a cable or a button behind the dash? I am not sure.

Sum it up: AC Doesn't work, just blows out hot air. Cold settings doesn't worked aswell. both blowing out hot air rather than cold.

I don't know what these codes mean, tried to find it on google but no luck.

Hard to say carista code are useless anyway you better check someone with VAG or OBD11 but this will be related with aircon flap. someone needs to do output test all flaps and see which one is doesn't work, check also output sensor if they showing correct temperature
