ACC Controls

Howdy all,

Should hopefully be hearing from my dealer any day now about taking delivery!

Just curious...I've ordered the Adaptive Cruise Control with Front Assist option, and I'm curious as to anyone knows whether this is control via a stalk, like with the normal Cruise Control, or whether they've added controls to the steering wheel, like with the Golf MVII?

I'm sure it won't matter too much either way, but it looks a little less fiddly when it can all be seen in front of you on the wheel, as opposed to playing around with the stalk...I'm sure I'll get used to whatever way it is quickly enough, just curious!

There is a dedicated stalk below the indicator.

I think you'll be surprised at how intuitive the stalk actually is. Before I got the car I used to think that solution was ugly and unnecessary, since having the car, I really prefer it to buttons on the wheel

I love mine although the first time you use it you hover your foot over the brake! Works a treat and very easy to use.
