** air vent removal **

Passenger air vent hasn't worked properly since I got the car.

Tried to remove it at the weekend............ and marked the dash abit and broke a fin of the vent!! I was trying to lever it out from around the ring with trim tools.

How the fcuk do you get them out?? Going to need to get a new vent and get the old one out to fit it.

One side of the dash comes off and you can get to one of them that way.

Other than that it's a tricky job and one that causes lots of swearing. Just have to be patient and take your time.

There are clips down the side that need releasing, cant remember how many exactly though.
