Aircon only blowing hot on drivers side

This morning I could only get hot air on the drivers side. The passenger side could do hot and cold, but the drivers side was stuck on hot.

Any suggestions on where to start? It's a 2013 FR TDI.

1. Check that the dual button is correctly set?

2. Plug in VCDS to see if any HVAC codes are stored. May be possible to clear and/or apply basic settings.
