When I was cleaning my car this weekend and cleaning the alloys I noticed that the inside surface of the wheel, after being cleaned, felt grainy and wasn't as smooth as I thought it should have been.
Now i'm assuming this is down to the grit and brake dust that collects on them, but they are cleaned each week.
My question is, would claying the inside of the wheel then applying a good wheel polish sort this out or is there a specialist cleaner that can remove the grainy texture from the wheel.
Any help appreciated.
