My alternator belt is slipping and run out of ideas. I have changed belt tensioner 2 times (first just another used one and then new), different crank and new idler pulley and tried different power steering pump with new pulley. Alternator works, voltages are ok and changed alternator clutch and bearings. AC work and pump effects it but even when disabled(pulley turn free) there is still a problem.

Only fix that works is shorter belt, running right now 1640+mm and then it doesnt slip but im afraid that stresses pulleys too much and its not normal. 1650 work too but only one or two months.

Also tensioner position is strange, with OEM lenght it sits near in the end of loose side or how i explain it, no room to stretch.
