Sort of both them things really, i dont wanna go really low but i wouldnt mind it maybe an inch lower, eventhough putting springs on has greatly improved the ride it does roll still in the corners

Not sure are you? I went in 2011 and it was pretty good but i was done in an hour and to go all that way just for that im not sure lol

May be try a set of ARBS or may be a front strut to stiffen thing up

Trying persuade the missus to come ulimate dubs but damn it , why do they hold it on mothers day!

Went over to votex in congleton yesterday mate and they are superb. Updated my software and programmed my sps, went out for a test drive and all free of charge,

From now on they are doing all my service and maintenance work,

I used PSI just before xmas to service my lcr and they were fine, just got a better feel for votex, small firm, garage was immaculate, one of the chaps there has a mk2 cupra that theyve modded and they seemed to know what they were talking about,

One massive thing i didnt realise is that its got bbs reps on, i thought they were standard wheels for some stupid reason and thats what im after, i do like the look of the bbs but ive got reps already and wanted to get some proper seat ones, they'd sell pretty quick though im sure as theyre a nice looking alloy that a lot of people go for

im thinking of maybe going ultimate dubs this sunday now as my girlfriends working most of the day lol

After speaking to a few people it seems that if i want to put bbs lm on i need spacers front a back to get over the brakes, which is some thing im not 100% on really,

So may be ill just refurb current ones cause i do actually like them, hmmm

Back to square one, what colour lol

Yh they are really nice looking alloys mate, id get them done some kind of gun metal colour, theres loads of shades, best thing do is go top marques or somewhere and look what colours they do and maybe youll be able to decide :)

yh i noticed on jc's thread that he had to put spacers on to clear the brakes with the lms, shame really, im always mixed with the thought of using spacers

Booked in next week at top marques mate, going for dark anthracite unless i change my mind beforehand,
I priced up some h & r spacers and they were £190 for four, would not trust cheapies,
So decided just refurb current alloys
