does anyone know anyone who has run a t3/t4 turbo setup on an ibiza mk4 cupra or similar engine??

just thinking of tubular manifold with external waste gate and screamer pipe, with t3/4 flange,
didn't know wether you need to be running like 350bhp+ or wether like 300 would be acheiveable with the correct setup. Thinking of building my own custom package without going hybrid or gt28rs route, fancied trying something different...
