Anyone know what this is?

The picture I have added is taken from the floor.
The water pump has 2 pulleys which are bolted one behind the other. There is an electrical connector that plugs into the water pump also. Then there is a small auxbelt that goes from the water pump around the pulley (which I have no clue what it is) then around a tensioner.

I think you are referring to the supercharger pulley and belt which are driven off the water pump. Thats why you can see two pulleys on the pump. The 2nd one for the supercharger is activated via a clutch when in demand for power

Is it a standard thing then for 1.4 FR's to have a supercharger?

Yes. The ones with the CAVF engine are twincharged. Same as cupra CAVE engine

That sounds like i may have dropped on then.
It is definitely a CAVF as I saw it on the ecu.
