Anyone using an ECS Dogbone Insert?

Just saw these pop up on awesomegti. Looks like a middle ground between the fully metal APR insert and the plastic Powerflex ones. Anyone running one and have any reviews?

I have some experience with the 034 Motorsport one, and have to admit that it took the most of the wheelhop away from my previous mk7 GTI, but had to remove it before selling as it made the shifting (DSG) and overall feeling much more uncomfort also. Still having it if anyone needs, can send it out only for postage cost...
