Well, that was remarkably straightforward. 25 minutes from beginnnig to end, including getting the socket set out of the shed!
Easiest done from the rear seat, the oddments tray just levers out (I suggest using something like a plastic ice scraper - I did it with my fingers, and it hurts a bit!)
Push both fronts seats forwards, and then just a case of undoing a couple of nuts with the socket (easier with an extension bit if you have one). Slotting some brackets onto the bolts that remain, slide the arm rest in and then out one bolt in either side (black ones provided) and fix down at the rear. Then clip the trim on. Done

The kit, as far as I can work out, includes 4 nuts that you don’t need. Fitting it only takes two, and I reused the two holding the console in in the first place. Though, perhaps i was meant to use two of them on that...
Yes, I’m almost certain that I should have used two of the bolts to hold down the brackets installed here...
