Attachments?

    It seems i'm not allowed to post attachments, is this determined by the number of postings made?

    Yes. 15 posts needed but they can be in general chit chat..

    That's for posting links. AFAIK you can't upload attachments against posts on the forum if that is what the OP is asking. You can only link to external resources.
