Audi S3 312mm brakes on 2007 ibiza

Hi guys,

I'm trying to fit Audi S3 calipers and 312mm discs to my 2007 Ibiza 6L TDi PD100 Sport. The existing hubs have the sliding caliper system so I bought a set for a PD130 with the bolt on calipers but the bolts don't line up with the S3 calipers. Do I need to by adapters? Or have I bought the wrong hubs?

Any help much appreciated.
