That seems very blue for 6000k? Mine aren't as blue as that.

don't forget they do change a hell of a lot when left on a while

Agree with Flapper. My old Ibiza I was running 6k's and when first turned on there very blue then once heated up they was white.

I actually like 8k's also

You can't possibly tell the colour temperature of any light from a photograph, especially not at night. There are far too many variables. White balance, shutter speed, exposure duration, ambient light, distance from photo subject, angle from reflector and light source to name but a few. If the OP says they're 6000k, they probably are.

A case in point, take a photo of your HIDs with two different cameras and they will look different in each photo.

upgraded mine to 6000k 35w hids week after i got it and some 6 led side lights as well and they are great just a shame the fogs and full beam are a nasty yellow but havent needed to use either since i upgraded
