You can't possibly tell the colour temperature of any light from a photograph, especially not at night. There are far too many variables. White balance, shutter speed, exposure duration, ambient light, distance from photo subject, angle from reflector and light source to name but a few. If the OP says they're 6000k, they probably are.
A case in point, take a photo of your HIDs with two different cameras and they will look different in each photo.
