Automatic locking fault. Help needed

Hi!

I have a seat ibiza connect 1.4tsi 2015.

I had turned automatic locking on via the car menu and all was well. Until recently the locking seems to be playing up.

The doors keep trying to lock themselves intermittently despite being already locked? (You can hear the locking attempting)

Has anyone has experienced this or can anyone point me in the right direction please?

First guess would be that the driver's door lock assembly or its wiring has a problem.

Thanks for your reply! I assume you say the drivers door because of the amount of use it gets?

Maybe, but that door controller masters all the others I think, any fault or problem with wiring or lock assembly in that door can affect all the other doors.

Ahh right, didn't realise it was the master. Appreciate your input. I'll have a look into and fingers crossed sort it!
