Avatar Image Help

Hey.
I would like to change my Avatar, but the Image i want is too big.
I get Error saying "remote file too large"

Just wanting to know how i can make it smaller?

The maximum size image is 100 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB

if you get stuck email it over and i'll shrink it

Try that... I'll delete it from my hosting fairly soon though so better grab it and upload it somewhere else if you want to keep it.
