B20 MTT need help finding owner!!

Hi guys,
So basically I’ve brought a Seat Ibiza Fr 1.0 TSI from an insurance company but need some more information on the car and preferably the spare key and all the rest of the things that came with the car.
If anyone could help me locate the owner that would be great, from what I’ve worked out he’s from Workington and he had a blue FR with the private plate B20MTT

No unfortunately I haven’t
Might call up the dealership from where it was purchased but doubt they’ll give me any information due to GDPR

I had this problem when I purchased mine.. Luckily keys weren't missing, but deffo parts of relevant paperwork were.. The car must have come from a PCH or PCP company as the registered owners were VW Finance or something like that...

Problem is, with GDPR, you're well within your right not to hand anything over to a buyer that has yours / the previous owners name & contact details on. When I PX'd my BMW 320d the buying dealer wouldn't take anything that traced stuff back to me. Makes finding things like missing service history and log book updates an absolute nightmare!!

Yeah I’ve just called up the dealers and they don’t have any record of the car, only other clue I’ve got is his Gym fob but I doubt i’ll Be able to trace him through that
Do you think it will be possible to get information from dvla
