Well, following what we have done with Bennys hybrid, and CRT fine work, CRT and Badger5 have a working relationship, where they can build the hybrids, and Badger5 can supply, install and map stage 3 for ibiza/Leon/Golf/Octavia/Polo etc etc owners.

Below is a typical and as complete as I can think of for the moment list of parts which would be included.. some of you will already have supporint mods (essential ones being FMIC, larger DP, and ideally higher flowing exhaust manifold).

    Code:
    	ex vat
    Silicon TIP	114.45
    FMA45-80, 80mm 45' bend	19.00
    FMHJ80 - 80mm ally joiner	7.70
    FMS80-70 - 80-70mm Straight Reducer Silicone Hose - 13.50
    CRT04-k04 hybrid k03fitment turbo	795.00 **
    porting std manifold £67.50
stage 3 mapping including dyno 550.00
    80mm MAF housing 114.75
    380cc Injectors	380.00
    Uprated 4bar Fuel pump	198.00 *
    fitting uprated pump 90.00
    80mm Air Filter	45.00
    fitting turbo	380.00

    Prices Exclude VAT
    * Optional
** Presumes Core unit is servicable and not cracked else *** applies
    *** Non-Exchange

The CRT04 unit sustains 1.4bar at 6krpm, shifting 220g/s+ of airflow, with no lag.
    Its an impressive little unit.

    regards
    bill

Cant recommend it enough, although Bill only mapped my setup as i supplied/fitted all the parts it should bring the same out come.

It really does fly and mine is actully down alittle on power due to a cracked exhaust manni

221g/s here spiking 25-26psi and holding 20-21psi to 6krpm, it certinatly shifts.

Check my readers ride thread for a full write up of my thoughts.

I can see these k03/s hybrids being very popular.

Yea was aware mate just trying to price everything up to find out the cheapest option in the long run as undecided on whether to go down the garrett route or this one. What sort of power am i looking at on average from this conversion? Also whats the maximum i can hope for in the future if i keep mucking about with the car as money is a little tight at the mo (building house an all that!) but will be looking for 300bhp plus once im settled (but dont want an all or nothing, turbo lagtastic car lol)? Cheers in advance

300 is not a number these will do.. no matter what anyone says.
270-280bhp, maybe a smidge more... thats flat out

If you want 300bhp, save ya pennies and go a BT from the outset

This is the in-between step in this thread

So it running this turbo setup the equivalent of a LCR running a stage 1 remap? I think the LCR's o the ko4 remap to round about the figure the ko3s hybrid will run at? But im guessing a Ibiza Cupra will be quicker as its a smaller lighter car?

How would a Stage 2 LCR fair against a hybrided Ibiza?
