Not sure if it's going to help but i'm using an LCR pump in mine (same tank and lines as MK3 ibiza) i swapped the level sender between the 2 and had to re-route one of the pipes across the top of the pump but apart from that it was a straight fit.
Straight fit to MK4 20VT too!
The "surgury" was absolutely succesful! Dont even think the upgrade, the logs showed that fuel is more than enough!
Alrite , i've read all this thread but have a few questions , i see the prices at the start , just wondering on injectors i see something about the 225 engine ones ? but these are pretty rare , and found out backdraft can suplly some maybe?
Just a quick brake down of parts needed ...
I work as a mechanic so any parts you could highlight as maybe buy them cheaper IE maybe the injectors if needed or something ?
I see all the boost pipe work/reducers but i'll sort them as im going into bit to much detail like a freak routing them and making it look semi standard if not fullyish

80mm MAF where from/what car or is it aftermarket?
porting the manifold .. aftermarket one recemended?
So looking at a good easy what 1.2k plus vat , then ontop the mapping ?

not sure what you are asking me.. but here's an attempt at replying.
send k03 to CR, receive back a hybrid, ask for 12psi actuator
FMIC will be required
80mm MAF housing (or early TT/S3 MAF from GSF/Euro etc)
Fuel pump is dependant on how well yours works.. If your mk2 golf was Kjet its plenty man enough if working ok
380cc injectors is what you should look for
porting exh mani is my preference to 99% of the cheap so called hi-flow manifolds, which all too often go on to crack. OE, ported, fits well, and performs the same on the ones I have done.
HI BILL . Well im finally ready to send my k03s of to be hybrid, so im going to give mark at cr a call this week, got every thing else ready to go on. Just want to no what actuator to ask for useing standard rods still. Thanks.

your call on rods.. Its peace of mind when you have them..
map to no uber spike and 1.4bar levels and it *should* be ok

Do you sell IE rods 144mm ,19mm Wrist pin for my 2003 AUQ leon If so how much please.
How many Hours work is involed in fitting these also?
19mm versions are £369+vat
Fitting would be £540+vat plus parts

100-200 10 seconds
I have only one problem:
The Turbo comes only at 4000 U / min at full pressure.
I have installed:
LCR 4 bar petrol pump
380 cmm jet
3 "from turbo
Ibiza Cupra intercooler
Jetex Air Filters
Kinetic and hi-flow manifold
I do not know to what it is that makes them late Turblader full pressure.
Can you help?
what spec hybrid.. got logs of block 115 and 118?
what make of injectors do you prefer to use on these hybrids Bosch 380s or Genesis380s?.And will both fit the injector insert seals 06B13355C.

usually customers use LCR/S3 injectors of 380cc
Where is the best place to get these injectors
often they will pop up from those upgrading their 210/225 cars
I have a set off a 210 S3 here, which I have ultrasonic cleaned.
Would they be up for the job for a ko3s hybrid
380cc would be yes - thats what gets used on k03 hybrids (not the hybrid + tho that the lupo runs)
