Longstanding (intermittent) battery drain issue with my Leon. Have exactly one fault code P1113 - "HO2S Sensor Heater Resistance Too High Bank 1 Sensor 1".
Have long suspected its related to Secondary Air Injection, as the pump seemed to be running more than normal when walking away from the vehicle after parking, etc. -- since the system can run when the ignition is off - so I guess a related fault could in theory drain the battery while its parked?
So this is a fault with the pre-cat O2 sensor. Is there any way this could cause a battery drain issue?
