Cool sounds like a plan. Currently got my lcr 288bhp 297lb ft waiting for the golf to be built but there 300bhp 4wd delivery due in march.

ohhh sounds good. i wish i had've gone for a 4wd now with this kind of power. guess it just makes things more fun. could you recommend any decent garages in the area?

Yeah 300bhp in fwd is a little bit much at times. I use a place in cotteridge called grb. Opposite murco garage down an ally top guys. Everyone I know use them all through good word of mouth

What mods you running? And I know all about expensive mods.. hence why I've gone for something fast out the box... having said that already looking in to review remaps ect "/
Grb are goo,d fair priced and honest don't confuse them for one of the other garages down that stretch..grb are next door to the saab place

just the usual stuff really for a stage 2 car. itg intake and milltek exhaust. all the work was done by the previous owner so i'm guessing she thrashed it a little . i've also been recommended to go to rj performance? they're by the blues ground i think. i'll ring around monday get some quotes together. i imagine i'll be going stage 2+ sooner rather than later now the clutch is being done. just a shame i can't afford an lsd right now.

Grb are more your local place, not really specialist but they know their stuff. Replaced my turbo ect.

I use a place in Southam. Bout 35 40 min drive from me. There called stealth racing. I've used them for performance stuff ie remap, intake, gearbox rebuild ect. Bit more pricy mind!
